I am now using my 4th or 5th Cart Tek unit. Why? Not only is it a good product but the technical support and customer service is world class, 6 sigma. Lets face it, we put our carts thru challenges and stuff happens. Dick, Markand his team are always pleasant and answer any question throughly and patiently. When one purchases a Cart Tek unit she Isnt just buying a cart, we are joining a family.
