Remote control lets you send the cart ahead to the green while you play your shot, then bring it to you. This is the biggest jump in how a round feels, and it's where most of our customers land.

How to choose
If your course has real hills, look at the 1500 V3 or the FORMULA M-DHC. The V3 tracks straightest across long sustained side slopes. The M-DHC gives you downhill brake control without paying for a remote.
If trunk space is tight, the FORMULA Remote breaks down fastest and packs smallest. This is the most common reason people choose it over the V3.
If you want the cart to follow you, the FORMULA Pursuit is the only model with follow mode.
If you're buying your first electric caddy, the Yellowstone is the cheapest way to find out whether remote control changes your round. Most people who try it never go back to a push cart.

Common questions
What's the difference between an electric golf caddy and an electric push cart?
They're the same thing. "Caddy" is the more precise term for a motorized cart that carries your bag while you walk, since "golf cart" on its own usually means a riding cart. You'll see both names used across the industry.
Do electric golf caddies handle hills?
Yes. Every Cart Tek model is built for real course terrain, including sustained climbs and side slopes. Models with downhill control, like the FORMULA M-DHC, add braking assistance on steep descents so the cart doesn't run ahead of you.
How long does the battery last?

Can I take an electric caddy on a private course?
Most courses that allow walking allow electric caddies. A small number of clubs restrict them, so check with your course if you're unsure.
What support do I get after I buy?
Phone and email support from our team in Bend, Oregon, plus replacement parts and batteries stocked in-house. You're not calling an overseas call center about a cart nobody there has touched.
