At Cart Tek, our paramount objective is to deliver unparalleled customer service, ensuring your seamless experience on the golf course, where you can relish your game with ease.
Our warranty policy is designed to safeguard the interests of the original/primary owner, ensuring the longevity and performance of Cart Tek products. It's important to note that this warranty does not extend to instances of abuse, alteration, theft, loss, or unauthorized and/or unreasonable usage of our products. Furthermore, our warranty exclusively applies to products purchased for personal use, excluding commercial accounts or bulk purchases aimed at reselling repaired or refurbished caddies.
For troubleshooting and repairs, our customer service team is available to assist you over the phone, email or chat. We aim to minimize delays by providing replacement parts with clear instructions.
Within the Continental US, if a replacement part is needed, we'll expedite it to you. During the first year, we'll split the shipping cost if your cart needs to be returned for repair. After the first year, customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
International, Alaska, and Hawaii customers are responsible for all shipping charges.
Our warranty covers caddies, parts, and electronics for one year, and accessories for 90 days. Lithium Ion batteries are covered for two years with prorated coverage. Battery warranty is based on usage, not time.
While Cart Tek strives to ensure the reliability of its products, we acknowledge that certain jurisdictions may not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Therefore, our warranty policy may vary based on regional regulations, granting you specific legal rights that may differ between jurisdictions.
