Return Policy

At Cart Tek, we’re committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If your plans change or you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our cancellation and return policies are outlined below.

 

Returns

Carts

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

Unused Carts

  • Must be completely unused and in brand-new condition.

  • Must be returned in original packaging.

  • A Return Authorization must be obtained by emailing sales@carttek.com.

  • Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection, minus a $150 fee to cover shipping and processing costs.

Used Carts

  • Must be returned within 30 days of purchase in original packaging.

  • A Return Authorization must be obtained by emailing sales@carttek.com.

  • Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection, minus a $300 restocking fee to cover shipping and processing costs.

  • Any damaged or missing components will be charged at full retail price and deducted from the refund.

Notes:

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds are issued once the returned product has been received and inspected.


Accessories

Accessories may be returned within 30 days of purchase if unused, in original packaging, and with a Return Authorization from sales@carttek.com.

  • Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection, minus a 20% restocking fee.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Parts

Replacement parts may be returned within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • Parts must be new, unused, and uninstalled.

  • Installed parts are not eligible for return.

  • A Return Authorization must be obtained by emailing sales@carttek.com.

  • Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection, minus a 20% restocking fee.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 


Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: Orders may be cancelled before they have shipped. A 3% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover non-refundable credit card processing fees.

  • After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Instead, it may be returned under our Return Policy (see above). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.


Important Information

  • Refunds are always issued to the original form of payment.

  • Please allow up to 3 business days for processing once your return or cancellation has been approved.

  • Cart Tek reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the conditions listed above.  If return is denied for any reason, all additional shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
