"The installation of this port and cable required taking apart a large portion of the cart. When taking the controller and motors out there is not a lot of slack in the wires, I broke one and needed to install new connectors. Threading the cable through the upright was very tight, like wiring a lamp. It is working great but unlike the other repairs I have performed on my cart, this was a challenge."

"I really appreciate the support shown by Cart-tek team to replace battery-port-cable and mother board. The port cable was burnt and I needed to replace both. They sent me all new parts free of charge and explained every details how I should replace them. They showed excellent attitude from the beginning and I successfully replaced them and now I am enjoying it again. Wonderful experience. Dae Son"
"Staff was very helpful in identifying my issue and recommended a new battery port cable. The instructions were to remove the 2 screws and to pull out the cable. You are going to need needle plyers to remove the cable because is it stored up the shaft. Once you pull the cable down with the needle plyers, be careful not to let go because it will recoil back up the shaft. Remove the tape and attach the cable. Put come electrical tape over the end and use the plyers to shove the cable back up the shaft. Reattach the 2 screws and you're done. For some who is not that mechanical, I had no problem replacing the battery port cable. Thank you for great service."
