Did you know that Cart Tek can service your Cart Tek Lithium Ion battery and charger? 

For only $125 we send you a Lithium-Ion specific shipping box, you package up your battery and charger with the enclosed shipping label, and drop off with FedEx.  We'll diagnose and repair any issues with your battery, run an extensive test to verify the fix, and ship it back to you.  If the battery is unfortunately damaged beyond repair, we will apply $65 towards the cost of a replacement battery.  This service is ONLY available in the Continental US.  If you are located in Hawaii, please reach out to Battery Bill's for diagnosis and service of your Lithium ion battery.

They sent me packing material & return label, they gave me a $65 credit for my new battery order, they verified my charger was working correctly, & they fixed the cable on my extension cable. "Once again CartTek and Staff proves why they're the best, with service, attention to customer issues, questions and answers with professionalism, take time to listen and explain any problems or questions. . My wife was have issues with cart battery, I spoke with Dave several times, he made a few suggestions that should have corrected the problem, finally he suggested sending the battery back. . every day my asked where's my battery ( she's an avid golfer and does not riding a cart) got the battery back Saturday, I asked her how was the round, did the better work, her comments was absolutely great. . I had to run to stay up with cart. . She said tell David, I Love Him. . Thanks Guys. ."

"I was able to send my battery back and have it checked cost $125. It was found out that my battery is no longer good. . I am able to have 65 of the $125 cost applied for a new battery . Very quick and informative."

"Appreciated the prompt response when my cart suddenly stopped during a round. After assessing that the problem was likely with the battery, CartTek sent me a fully addressed and postage paid box with which to return my lithium battery safely. Within a short time they diagnosed the problem as a faulty connection cord, preventing the battery to charge fully. The cord was replaced and the battery promptly shipped back to me - all within 10 days! My Gri-975Li is now, once again, the trusted workhorse it has always been."
